I saw it on Sunday so maybe this is the second in the series. Mega Avalanche being reported if it is as I recall.

your better going out on your bike instead of watching that rubbish.a program for plonkers you just have to look at them in the background,I watched it last week but never again its a lot of dog poo and should be removed from tv

Oh silly Locog rules, looks like they're not allowed to get pictures of the riders...

I hope there is a feature on how to put my shoes on this week. I found the ' how to put your helmet on ' really helpfull last week.

It is much more structured this week. Several features now each one concise, short but to the point.

better. definitely better.

I can't help but want immolate the guy in a polka-dot jersey though. Its as much my problem as his, but there you go. No-ones perfect.

Much better than the first episode. Better structure to it although the articles still felt a bit rushed. It would be easy to make a 15 minute Megavalanche slot and a 15 minute interview with Eddy Merckx but I can see why they did it they way they did. Actually shaping up to be a really promising show.

Huge improvement over last week. They seem to have listened to the constructive criticism on here! ๐Ÿ™‚

Jeff Banks posing question to Eddy Merckx was a cool touch.

Is this aimed at all cyclists or is it more beginner orientated? I see plenty of people that would benefit from a bit of help with putting their helmet on correctly, including not putting it on back to front.

Much better than last week but all a but rushed. I'm still not sure it knows what it wants to be.

Much better. No hat wearing hipsters sat in the audience either.

Can they bring Obree back again when they have got it right because he was wasted on with Mansell?

Yeah, was trying to think of the name of the guy from The Clothes Show who asked the question. That bikefitchick was good. I now see why a proper bike fit costs a bit of money.

The variety of topics covered in both episodes illustrates the scope available, but IMO it's just not doable unless you have:

1. likeable presenters
2. decent links
3. proper interviews that don't just show 90 secs from a 20 min chat
4. a method of connecting with newbies as well as the 'more experienced'

Everything just seems compressed/concentrated into a 3-4 min skit - there's no room to elaborate. If it was properly produced and an hour long then it would have serious potential.

That BikeFit was ok but they left her with a Thomson Post, Deda stem and an Enve bar.

Have they not read the rules?

It was all matching Enve stuff when she went in. Working like that, you could do the fitting for free and make all your profit on eBay!
