The Strava segment above is interesting - Pogacar's seated effort (which didn't seem to be a full on attack from him) was faster than Remco's all out attack last year.

Remco attacked near the top though as I recall....not that I'm suggesting he could have followed...

Honourable mention to Gianni Vermeersch - had a stellar classics campaign in support of MVDP and came 6th in Roubaix after all the work he did
