Thanks for the advice on avoiding the bonk last week.
We had a great epic ride yesterday, got pretty battered but no bonk.
Loads of jelly babies, haribo, clif bars, not to mention a cafe stop in sunny Tod got us round a 60 mile Calderdale loop with 6000 ft of climbing.
