Managed to bust a part of my v0.02 Chain Guide with a ham-fisted gear change/chainsuck combo 🙁
Sent an e-mail to Roger at Bionicon, who despite being on paternity leave had a replacement part in the post the next day, and at no charge 🙂
Now that's customer service!
