Cheap solution for anyone wanting to tether their older model Garmins.
Track racing commissaries having been clamping down on Garmins that are not tethered to the bike somehow and not having a newer model with a tether hole was a problem.
I bought some of these from ebay, then removed one of the screws and then tightened it with the cord under the screw head.
