Heading north next week - I see they've opened Glencoe for biking.

Anyone been on this track? Worthwhile? I'm scared of the big DH run but is this a decent alternative for those slightly less gnarly riderz?

Have a look on their facebook or blog and there are a few photos. Its a bit of a work in progress so don't get your hopes up though I expect they'll do some work to it before the MacAvalanche later this month.

Not from what I've heard. IIRC it makes Dunkeld look tame ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

The Weasel Track is NOT the Black downhill route which looks extreme. It is a more leisurely XC ride. However I have no information if it is open. Look up the resort number and phone them!!

Uplift is certainly open - and I know the DH is extreme - just wondering how extreme the Weasel is. Will find out and report back soonest!

I wrote a wee bit on it here Weasel Track

I enjoyed it. If you're in the area go for it but I wouldn't make a specific trip for it.
