So. I'm plumping for some 27+ carbon forks from China. I can't get a link up for love or money. They are from tandell bikes. My headtube is tapered 44-34mm. The forks are correct in length with boost etc. But as I don't have a clue. It says the steerer is 1.1/8 - 1.1/2. Just had an email and the tapered steerer tube on there fork is upper 28.6mm and lower 39.8mm. So I am asking if these will fit.... Also if you can point me in the right direction of a headset I might need..Thanks in advance. I'm clueless 😀
Hmm. I think I may of answered my own question here. They will fit?? Just need the appropriate headset. Am I right🤔

You are correct! If the original headset is still fitted you can use that. The 2016 genesis catalogue shows it uses the following Headset: FSA NO.21/12B/44 (Ø44-34mm)
28.6 is 1.125 inched so should be absolutely fine - just tapered and expressedd as a mm rather than inches?
