Following the Singletrack questionnaire topic of the day sheds!
Looking for a metal one to suit 3 bikes and maybe some tools.
Anyone got any reccomendations?
Thanks,
Max.
Asgard for bikes and some tools.
Asgard. Got one for my 2 (soon to become 1) motorbikes and 1 (might become 2) mountain bikes. Expensive, but built like a (metal) brick shithouse.
I saw these advertised in a flimsy that came through at work the other week. Their starting from prices looked on par with what i recall asguards being last time i looked.
No idea what they're like mind or what actual prices are.
Asgard, gutted I have to get rid of mine when we move. 100% confidence in its security.
Asgard here
20ft shipping container here.
Paging SaxonRider
Another vote for Asgard here. Great bits of kit
My Asgard is ace. Possibly getting another.
Thanks guys.
looks like Asguard get the vote!
Any others?
Thanks,
Max
I’ve just had an Asgard x7 Bike Shed installed, Whilst I'm happy with the product so far, the customer service from Asgard was absolutely atrocious, enough for me to know I will never order from them again.
Twice my shed build was not completed because they had the wrong panels, at no point in the 20 days between original build date & me receiving the final piece did anyone as Asgard contact me other than replying to my emails when I threatened to contact my credit card Company.
When I enquired, No compensation offered for the delay & to add insult they sent out the final piece for me to install myself despite the fact I had paid £200 for installation, hours & days wasted of my time.
Whilst I sympathize with some of their staff, they clearly have a flawed system & the installers were quick to tell me this is an all to regular problem.
So not just me...
Had mine since December 2016, cracking bit of kit. Mine is one of the motorbike ones, but it's the same as the X7 above. Even if you're getting one of the big boys I wouldn't bother getting the installation package, it's a days job with 2 people but it's not a hard job.
Mine fits 3 bikes and some tools, maybe not the 3 bikes you're thinking of though Max! 🙂

Counts as a garage for a few motorbike insurers and has proper locks unlike some other metal sheds which rely on padlocks. I've never had any condensation either. I'm more than happy with it securing £9k's worth of motor and mountain bikes.
Asgard here too, 6 bikes and tools/spares, very happy with shed and service from Asgard
