I am looking at getting a new HT frame which is boost.. I know I need a new rear wheel (or use spacers but might need the wheel re-dishing?).

Can I use my none boost drivetrain or am I looking at building a bike from the ground up? Confused....

Rear mech / cassette / chain / shifters make no difference.

Chainset - sometimes you can get away with non boost on a boost rear but sometimes not. A boost chainring sits 3mm further from the bb than a non-boost one. If you have sram direct mount chainrings the offset is just in the chainring (the crank arms are all the same). If it’s shimano it’s built into the cranks except a few of the very latest models I think.

Preferably use a boost hub - but if not I’d see if I could run a 6mm spacer on the non driveside. You need to do something to space the disc rotor out then though and re-dish the wheel a bit (really easy).
