[Closed] Switching wheelsets on one bike?

I'm planning on having a 'rough stuff' set (Hope bulbs, D521 + Highrollers) and a lighter xc set (Pro2, 717 + something tubeless). I'm happy to have a cassette on each and a chain for each set, accepting that the chainrings might wear a bit quicker being subject to different chains but at least the chains and cassettes will be matched. Is there owt to worry about with the brakes? I have Hope M4s front and back with floating rotors. Do I need to get the same rotors for the new wheelset? I don't know how much difference in thickness there might be between different brands, or whether they will bed in differently.
