Just after a little bit of advice.

Riding a G150 with pikes and monarch debonair.

I am 16st so shouldn't take much to get the travel going. Setting the fork to about 30% sag it feels pretty decent but still don't use the last 20mm of travel even after a full run of a downhill track.

The shock is even worse I'm at 35% sag and still have 10mm of shock stroke unused.

It seems like everything is just too progressive and ramps up a lot at the end. Which is the opposite of most people I know who are fitting volume spacers...

Any suggestions?

PS done lowers service on fork and will do an air can on the shock soon. (Both 8 months old)

Have you checked whether your shock is full of spacers? Thats a factory option and might explain the aggressive progression on the shock.

Let all the air out and check what the actual max travel is, it's often less than you are expecting.

what are you using the bike for?

Are you doing stuff you feel should be using 150mm?
forgot

If it rides well but youre not using full travel for your style of riding, what's the issue?
