Looks like the lovechild of an Airotor and a HS1, which is no bad thing and the weight's are ok too. £15 for a 180 at 113g (lighter than a Shimano RT75).

do they come in random thickness like the pads?

My experience of SS has been pretty good, I know they had issues with their old pads but apparently it's sorted (45 day money back if you aren't happy with the current pads).
Free postage, haribo and pretty prompt delivery.
But, I've not used them just spotted them while buying a BB tool.
