They are open 9-5 and have always been thre when i rung. By the sounds of it they were busy/ taking to a customer/having a piss etc, so couldnt answer immediately, but they get back to you if you leave a message i find.
Were you just being impaitient and expecting a BT like call centre full of people who dont know what they are talking about?
