I want to get a new chain guide without spending silly money, this seems to be good value, anyone got an opinion on it or other options? For use without a bash if that makes any difference

I'm currently running one on my hardtail and use it for mini dh, including drops, jumps etc. Excellent bit of kit: Easy to fit and set-up and does the job. It's probably not the quietest chain device on the market but it just works.

I have one too.

A little bit noisey but then it has a chain rubbing against it so it will make a noise.

I also thinks it is quite well made for the money and you get a great choice of colours.

Dunno about the Superstar one but I have a Truvativ Boxguide for single ring and no bash which you can have for £20 posted. ISCG old.

Only had about 2 weeks' use.
