Can anyone confirm my recollections please? Are Superstar Switch hubs really Novatec D881/D882 hubs? I need some end caps to convert from 135mmQr to 142x12mm through axle. Damn sure I can but not sure which hubs I have.

Try emailing them if you haven't.

They replied to my emails about issues I've had with a wheelset recently.

Try asking in one of the threads discussing the downfall of a bike industry brand (Orange, Stanton, CRC), Neil seems to only really posts in those.

I recently got some front 15mm adapters for a superstar switch hub from SJS cycles which were advertised  as novatec D541. Don't know about the rear though.

Yes.

don’t believe what the trolls make up. I’ve never been banned etc, infact a lot of what they say is literally made up. Clearly got too much time in their hands.

You do realise that the vast majority of people don't own new bikes?

142mm through axle is the newer standard for road/endurance/gravel, taking over from 135mm quick release

So, Neil@superstarcomponents has nothing to do with the 'fruit' username which used to frequent these hallowed halls, yet is strangely absent if you try to find the account...

Lot's of old stuff has fallen off the internet, but we still remember...

If the username was changed then you may not find the old one.

Bless your naive soul. The boost standard was unveiled in March 2015 and Superboost in February 2018. Your 2015 bike was probably obsolete before you bought it! 😉

Johnnystorm the standard took a while to actually become standard, Nukeproof Mega for example wasn't 148 boost until the 2018 model.
