I've made a few orders with them and it's usually sent next day and arrives the following day.

I've had excellent service from them in the past.
They do seem to be having a few technical problems with their website at the moment, so it may be worth phoning them and asking for an "honest" estimate of turnaround time !!

Depends, components - quick, wheels, not so quick 10-14 days for me when they had an offer on which is fair enough I suppose.

I order a narrow wide on Tuesday evening this week - arrived on Thursday

Usually very good,last order I had within a couple of days. Never had any issues with them.

Next day if you order before maybe 2pm.

My custom wheels took a week from order to being in my grubby mits.

Custom wheels take a couple of weeks but everything else I have ordered has been within 2 working days (unless they notified me at the point of order that it was going to take a little while longer and even then they were well within the forecast delivery date

Always been good for me, one maybe two days. When I had a problem with a pedal service kit it was sorted within 24 hours.
