I have one of these stems with 4x 4mm Allen bolts on face plate and 2 on steerer.
So torque settings please.

i thought the standard torque setting was FT.
FT=Fuc*ing tight

Stems are usually pretty low to stop them crushing the bars, the lowest I've seen was 4Nm the highest about 11Nm, both of which are pretty small! I just use the small end of an Allen key, tighten them in an X pattern (top left, bottom right, bottom left, top right, then repeat until the bars are secure/torque is reached). If you're worried get some carbon assembly paste, it works just as well on alu components as it does on carbon ones.
