I phoned my lbs this morning (escape route, pitlochry) to ask about buying some replacement lace lock system thingys for my 3 season old lake winter mtb boots as i had snapped the string lace bit due to wear and tear, malcolm at the shop said he would enquire and let me know. Moore Large dont stock them as a spare part and referred him to BOA (the manufacturer in the U.S.) who told him that they didnt like unsatisfied customers and will send two l.l.s.t's in the post free of charge.
now thats what i call customer service
