got an old hope hub that uses 6001du bearings, these seem quite rare, is the DU bit purely the type of shield fitted to the bearing as i can get bearing in the same dimension that are RS (rubber shield), so will i just be able to use these?
cheers

Most of the better bearings in wheels these days are 2RS for better weather proofing.

As for the DU I'm not too sure. But if the dimentions are the same then you should be fine.
