I live in Thailand so am lucky enough to need sunglasses most of the time.

I'm a primary teacher so lots of bending over etc, so need glasses that won't easily fall off. I also get to the beach etc a lot so need specs that won't fall apart or break if dropped etc.

The downside of living here is I can't buy decent glasses - they're either 'fashion' glasses or fakes.

I have pretty sensitive eyes so want a dark tint (and polarised lenses too). Glasses which I can also wear on the bike would be good.

I have to buy without trying them on, for the mother-in-law to bring out over Easter. I've an average to narrow hear.

So, strong, comfortable, dark / polarised lenses, secure fit....

they seem strong, dark and added safety for riding. Are they for shooting only i.e. are they likely to fall off?

I could always get cheapy (Jokelys etc) for mtb'ing.

Any suggestions.

What do you wear?

Under 50 pounds.

Thanks

Have you tried looking at bolles safety glasses range. I've found them secure and you can buy about 8 pairs for the prices of theo nes's you've got up. Might be worth a punt on some spiders.
