It's the little things that really make my LBS stand out.

I needed to try out a new stem length as I keep finding myself sliding off the seat or riding with the long part of the seat taking my weight.

I was just going to buy a 90mm and give it a go, owner stopped me paying, fitted one he had on the parts shelf, and told me to go an ride around with it for a week first, if it isn't right, he will fit a 100mm and try that.

I rode around the carpark, went back in said I would just buy one, and he said no, ride it for the week first there is no point in getting it wrong.

Really can't argue at that sort of service.
