Just to let you all know I've done the decent thing and brought an end to the rain by fitting a rear mud guard today. From now on dry dusty trails everywhere.
On that note, I picked up a rear mudguard from Halfords as I was passing on my commute with a wet backside. It must be about the 4th I've had of various types and at £15 a go it's painful to see them snap off a week later, what brands and types are recommended. I have a crud catcher on the front and my original rear guard was the same but also snapped off.
crud race guard
just spent 7 days in Highlands of Scotland and had about 1hr of rain, otherwise it was nice and sunny, dunno what everyone is moaning about
If it rains for three more weeks, we've won the Ashes.
higgo has a point, with luck I'll snap said mudgaurd while testing out my new BB next week and then the ashes will be ours
