I have two sdg bel air saddles that are both looking a bit tired has anyone had their's recovered?
If so by who?

no mine is less than 12 months old & is very uncomfy ,the saddle is still intact but it has twisted at the nose & is saggy

It's probably not worth the hassle. Difficult to find materials, and you could probably get a new saddle for less. Unless you can find someone who does car upholstery or something and would have a go for fun. My last two I-Beam Bel Air FX's I got for £49 with a post, so pretty cheap. I've got an old Ti-railed cow patterned Bel Air that's rather shabby, but I really can't imagine it being cost effective to get it recovered, sadly.

I got a new SDG Bel Air with the black rails off Merlin for £19.95 about 2 months back.

No, just bog standard. But if you look at the Merlin website they have the other models at pretty good prices. I just wanted straight black so went with the cheapest
