I have a 2011 Stumpjumper Expert Evo frame with a PF30 BB and cranks
I want to use GXP Sram XX cranks with this frame
What do I have to buy to fit the XX cranks - adapters, PF30 GXP fittings etc? Links to websites would be good

It has the SRAM S900 cranks at the moment does it?
You need the XX GXP chainset, which you can use with your existing BB.
If you don't have SRAM cranks, or want to replace it, you need one of [url= http://www.sram.com/truvativ/products/truvativ-pressfit-gxp-bb ]these[/url].

No, it has the Sram 2200 Cranks which are BB30
My Sram XX are GXP so won't work with the current PF30 - the current cranks have the BB30 axle wich is wider in diameter than the GXP axle, but it looks like your link is what I need to run the XX cranks on this frame - just need to find a UK supplier now 🙂

Hi (1st Post so hope I have got this in the right place!)
Just picked up a lovely Evo 2011 from a mate (What a bike! 1st ride after a 5 year hiatus on 2 wheels, thought I would just got for a quick sprint round the block... came back 2 hours later!) Used to ride Patriots and Msisles... like going from the G/F's volvo to my car! worlds apart!
So my question! Its had a few upgrades and things but want to make a few changes to make it "mine" (and I cant leave things as they are for long!) Was going to replace the crank and perhaps go 10 speed (my mate had moved the original 10 speed onto his new frame and replaced with a XT crank running a double ring and ethirteen bash). He looks like he has already replaced the BB to a Hope so am guessing has used the cups talked about above.
Without taking it apart how will I know, or cause it has a Hope in there do I just take it he has? Also as there are a fair few deals out there for crank / chainring / BB what size BB am I looking for? As I been out of the game for so long advice on whats good would be a help too!
