Any recommendations on who could do this? Is it any more complex than steel?

Ideally London / south east

Thanks

Can you not just use a bottle of Nitromers from a diy store?

That's what I used when I took the lacquer off my original On One Tinbred. Applied and then used wire wool and the lightest grade sandpaper to polish it up.

TBH it mostly depends on the paint- I decided to strip the paint off my ancient carrera and it was bombproof, it turned into a massive elbow grease job. TO remove the paint from an inbred you probably just have to give it a shake ๐Ÿ˜†

Nitromors used to be great but the consumer stuff now lacks the dichloromethane that made it work, now it's fairly toothless. You can buy dichloromethane fairly cheaply in liquid form but it's not as easy to use.

I think the only difference with steel is you're more likely to want to use the final finish, whereas with steel you'd be repainting so it doesn't matter so much what it looks like or if you leave bits of hard-to-remove paint in places. Whereas ti you'll want to look nice all over unless you repaint.
