[#5501035]

I have a honking creaking noise coming from the rear end on my 2011 5-spot.
I have checked all the usual suspects and it is 100% coming from the suspension. So the only parts i have not stripped down and checked are the journal bearings.

Looking on the Turner site i cannot find an exploded diagram. Im assuming they are a pretty simple design and that as long as i take my time it should be an easy process.

If anyone has done this please let me know the easiest way to proceed and not destroy anything ๐Ÿ™‚

Really straight forward. T40 either end of the pivots. Unbolt, tap the shafts out and lift the bearings out woith a sharp knife under the flange but don't force them.

There's a guide on the turner site and one on the push site. Bet there's some on mtbr and YouTube as well. Have a Google fir the latest torque spec as it changed a while back. The old settings were mushrooming the shaft heads.

Easy peasy ๐Ÿ™‚ the bracket on the bottom DW link was not wanting to come off though. Does it need some gentle persuation from a rubber mallet?
