When I create a route on Strava I usually click export gpx, a file appears in the top right of the screen & I drag it into New Files on my Garmin.
This has stopped working. The file doesn't appear. If I look in the downloads on the laptop I see Unconfirmed 123456.crdownload
Does anyone know what's going on?
I don't use Strava, but it sounds like an error their end that'll hopefully be resolved quickly.
In the meantime, do you have a Garmin Connect account that you could link your Strava account to? I was wondering whether you could see the Stava route in Connect & download it from there.
Sounds like a browser/user issue. In the browser, when you see the pop up top right, click save or save as. Edge does that. Download only downloads. Save is what saves the temp file (crdownload) to the proper file.
