Have got a flow rim on the rear, but as Stans have put it on there website managed to 'accidently' drill it out to fit a schrader valve as I have never got on with presta valves.
The time has now come were I'm looking into converting to tubeless and can't find anywhere that have got the oversized valve in stock. Wondering if anyone else have managed to source one in the UK before? If so where from?
It's one of these: Stans Problem Solver
IIRC they've discontinued them a little while ago (used to be called standard fit or something), there are other makes that'll fit schraders. Also Ive managed to get cut down threaded schrader inner tubes to work.
Go on CRC and look at stans road valves. They do a road valve that is identical the problem solver, only it's just a bit longer as it's designed for deep section rims.
