Hi gang, I have a new rear wheel with a Stans ZTR hub. When I came to put the cassette on, I noticed that the splines are not the same as on my Hope pro 2 and the cassette is a rather loose fit. What's going on here? I've not managed to speak to JRA for the last few days and I don't like to fit the cassette and start riding if it's not a nice snug fit. Have any of you guys had this problem?

Pos not the same problem, but on my new hope hubs the cassette was loose. This was due to a depth issue between xtr and other cassettes. I ended up fitting a thin washer on the hub first. This allowed the lock ring to keep everything tight.

Cheers Bear. My problem is the size of the splines rather than the depth of the freehub.
