Got a set of these rims. What do i need to convert them to tubeless?
Thanx Max
Rim strip, valve and a UST tyre. Or an "appropriate" ghetto setup with sealant.
Great info at Justridingalong website.
Don't need a rim strip for 355s, just use the stans tape stuff.

But still need a valve and a tyre. And sealant.
Yeah that's what I meant. Sealant not essential though if you use a UST tyre - depends if you want thorn protection.
Thanx guys! Thats a great help!

I never really understood the logic behind this.. Surely if you don't use sealant the moment you puncture you're stuffed and have to put a tube in?
realman I use UST rear tyre to prevent pinch punctures, I don't actually suffer from many conventional punctures, plus you can fix punctures on UST tyres without removing the tyre with this

You CAN pinch-puncture UST tyres.
unfortunatley I know that all too well cynic-al but I don't pinch them much as opposed to the 1 per ride with tubes, even DH tubes.
