Hi,
I just changed up to the big ring on my CX bike and the shifter fell off 😯

Has anyone seen this before? Is there anyway to replace just a part of it? I've just looked on Wiggle and a replacement is £180!

Thank you for any help.

I've had that a couple of times before on earlier models, it's not entirely uncommon.

It is however, bin fodder, as it's cheaper to replace the whole shifter than order the parts, unless it's under warranty still.

It's a good two-three years old so I doubt it's in warranty. Do you know what part I would need? I might try and find a second hand one.

It's the entire inner shift lever, if Fishers even bother importing it it's probably a nightmare to fit. I'd head to eBay and look at shifters tbh.

Seen this happen several times (not for a fair while though). We sent them back to SramTech and got new shifters in return.

Cheers for that Simon. We're they still in warranty? If not did will they take them from an individual or does it have to go through a shop?
