Is it okay to use more than one power link connection per chain?
e.g. at separate sections of the chain, not next to each other.

I've got a hack bike with about 3 on the same chain, been like that for over a year without problems.

I've seen 9! I can't see why you shouldn't make a whole chain out of them...apart from the cost 😉

You can only make half a chain out of them.
