Been looking at the new gripshifts and see they come with a lock-on grip. Can they be used without this?
Just wondering as I was thinking of using one on a Jones bar and I don't think the lock on grip would fit well.

I use my X0 gripshift with a cut down ESI grip. Think it (just use the RH) came with a blank to fit in the slots the SRAM lock on fit into
