Advice please y'all.... 😆
Need to fit a new Shimano ST BB.
Question, do you fit the BB from drive side and then fit the plastic non drive side carrier or the other way around.
Not much experience with these bad boys but bought a retro ride which needs a new BB and cant remember, drive side first or non drive side carrier first.
HELP !

Drive side then non-drive side but I always find it helps to screw the non-drive side at least a third in first.

I do the drive side first followed by the non-drive side but before the drive side is in fully screwed in I'll insert the non-drive side cup. Go gentle with the non-drive side cup...they don't need herculean tightening and they'll snap if you over do it.
