i have a spooky metal head that realy deserves a better home as i just dont have the time/its not the right bike for what i need. could any1 shed any light on if people are still interested in them?

unsure if i would sell the whole bike or just the frame at the minute. they are pretty rare bikes now a days very hard to come across.
I'd say the frame in semi decent nick might get £150ish. They were expensive and iconic, yes but they're a 13/14 year old alloy dirt jump frame!
I had a Metalhead and always regretted selling it. One of the frames that inspired me to design my own frames.
As DBW says, a classic, but not worth much these days. Stick it on your wall - it's a classic.
I know this was first posted a long time ago...but I don't suppose you still have the frame do you?!
