That's his musette. It's where they put the pies 🙂 (yes, the team hand it to him though usually someone on foot at the feed zone)

Sounds like it's going down pretty fast now. Of course a lot will depend on how technical the finish is - especially in the wet where Millar will have a big advantage if it is twisty
