Thanks to work commitments I'm am staying down in London most weeks. I want to ensure I don't end up in the pub every night and was looking for gyms that I don't have to buy a membership but can go to Spin classes.
I've been told about Pedal Studio (who are based in Putney), but would rather find one closer to the London City area. Anyone got recommendations to share? Thanks
My girlfriend and her friends go to one in Hackney. They absolutely swear by it (and the techno soundtrack). It's a local authority gym I think, and the membership is £14.99 a month. I'll try and find out what it's called.
watch out for that soundtrack - a friend has just developed tinnitus from the load music being played at spinning classes at david lloyd, which seems to have helped launch him into depression 🙁
I think they all go for techno soundtracks
