Morning everyone.
My wife got a lovely new rhyme comp yesterday. First thing we did was remove the dual rings and front mech and replaced with a nw single ring set up.
The question I have is about the removal of the mech bracket. It looks like it is held in by the pivot bolt. Just wondered when removed if a spacer needs to be put in it place as the bracket is a good 3-4mm thick.
Has anyone else come across this?

Yes I think you do need a spacer, I bought a Stumpy frame which came with the taco blade in a bag and it has a spacer fitted to the frame.
