I have an 06 Enduro, have just changed all the bearings, I need to reassemble the horst link (the one with the 2 really small bearings) at the chainstay, but can't figure out how to get the 2 flat washers in that sit between the bearings and the frame, It's a really tight fit. Anyone got any tips or advice? Cheers

Hold them on the bearing then push the frame over the top, another pair of hands helps

I sometimes use a bit of grease to stick them in place.

^^ grease up (and some on the outside too) and slowly easy it all together.

It's best to pull / push the chainstay at a slight angle first (connecting slightly with one sides spacer) then straighten up - sometimes if the frame / chainstay are connected straight together the spacers are easy to get pushed off.
