Any suggestions for SPD cycling shoes from single-speeders?
Grinding up those big hills it always feels like I'm slowly ripping my current Shimano MT31's apart. Oddly enough. there's now a big gap where there shouldn't be.
Sub £100 ideally.
Thanks!
(EDIT: I should say I've been pretty happy with the shoes overall; they've lasted about 18 months).

shimano do great shoes less than your budget. CRC - Merlin etc

i use the same shoes on my SS as i do on my geared bike, mainly Sidis or Shimano WM80s, because they fit me

I used the same shoes for ss and geared bike and i felt no difference.
If the shoes work there is no point replacing them until they are knackard. (18 months is awesome)
