A colleague of a friend recently managed to get a photo, and car reg.no. of somebody trying to break into his bike garage, hoping this will lead to something big, as thefts in the area are getting ridiculous.
It seems that Cardiff thefts are on an increase at the moment. Not good.
I was cleaned out last month, I had taken what I thought was every possible measure.
