I am getting quite sore hands from riding at the moment - my joints get quite painful for a while after riding. I know I should relax more etc. but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem, and whether a larger diameter grip might help? I use a fairly skinny ODI one at the moment.

Also, anyone care to recommend a larger diameter grip? Compatible with ODI collars if poss!

I think larger grips may help. I like these:

thicker grips helped me.

sunline logo thick.

lovely.

(with thin grips i've got about 10 mins before i get 'the claw' - my third finger and pinkie get seized solid into a painful hook)

@ahwiles

That sound's like my problem! Looks like some larger grips is the way to go.
