Sturmey and Sturmey jr have both got the day to ourselves on friday and plan to go for a ride not too far from Leeds. We have done most of the local bits from Guiseley, Otley and Shipley. Don't mind a bit of trail centre. In his words "can we go to some different woods"

What about Gisburn Forest? I took my kids there at that age and did the red, that was before all the recent work though.

I was there the other week and did the red and thought it might be a bit much for him. He did it when he was 4 before the changes. Havent done the other parts so not sure about that.

Is the family route still open?
That used to be OK for children if you added some of the red.

Or just take him to Stainburn 😆

He would give stainburn a go if I let him! Just looked at Guisburn blue and it could be the way to go with some extra bits if needed.

What about Dalby? Its not too far and quite easy, though you would have to figure a route out that isnt too far as the entire route is a long way for a little un.
