Did anyone catch this last night? It was on BBC NI but was most likely available on satellite TV. It was a really good cycling programme presented by Michael Smilley about him coming back to Northern Ireland and revisiting some old cycle haunts and local characters. It is a three part series so will be on again at 1020pm next week and there is some MTB action I believe. Well worth a watch.

Glad that you have managed to see this great wee programme. I have found that some cycling shows are a bit cringy but this was excellent and I am thoroughly looking forward to next weeks. I saw the trailer and there appears to be an interview with Isabel Woods who held the Ireland End 2 End record for about 50 years; a real legend.
