doing a road sportive tomorrow (zarautz-gernika, 160km). been overdoing it recently so i'm having a day off today although the yeti is begging me to get it dirty. i might have to oblige...

next weekend going up the tourmalet and col d'aspin ๐Ÿ™

Went out earlier planning to spend the whole afternoon sessioning lots of the obstacle strewn local singletrack. Ended up throwing in the towel after less than an hour when I realised I was physically knackered and although I could pedal ok my ability to shift my weight properly and thus not hit the ground on the techy bits was seriously diminished. Should have listened to my aches...

just got back from Morzine, few runs down pleney, over to Les Gets (via a bit of the passportes route) for a few chavannes, back to Morzine.
Lifts open there now ๐Ÿ™‚

Rowberrow Woods trails in tiptop condition. I just wish I had the skills and nerve to nail the jumps that have been built.

At work all weekend on nights so rode to my parents yesterday before work, a nice 33 miles in the baking sun.

I went to swinley today - found an awesome trail, steep with huge tight berms through a thick forrest - great....

Have money will travel - well escape the Peak for a couple of days
Llandegla - friday - seemed much more cut up than last november, worst I've seen it
Penmachno - today - oooh narrow and growing in quick, lovely, first time on loop2

Did Skiddaw and Ullock Pike yesterday. Today was Grisedale Pike, Coledale Hause, Coledale, Causey Pike, Rowling End.

Looking for ideas for tomorrow??
