I mean I didn't expect her to say, 'oh I see you've got a new stem & bars' but bloody hell!
It's been away for some work & I just got it built up again today
It does look the same to me as well...colour isn't really something I notice either...shape is the same so it is the same...or have you been crafty and got a whole new bike?
So now you know it doesn't matter what you do she wont be able to tell and you can upgrade when ever you want.
She's allowed to have an opinion?

It has been black before actually but about 5 years ago. This is the Mk 9 version of my 'Triggers Brush' bike & the only original tubes are the right side seat & chainstays.
I already knew I could buy WTF I wanted & she'd never notice, bit like me & her shoes.
Yes, the view from the shore of Loch Shiel is miles better than the side of my garage. 🙁
