I'd imagine "none", given the same rider.
But then the anthem would be cheaper, so you could have lighter wheels say, then it'd be "some".

assuming the giant is 1% faster for a given amount of energy
but you enjoy riding he SC more, so give more energy, then the SC is 2% faster, but less efficient.
i would hazard a guess at the anthem being lighter in the frame (so overall lighter for the same build)

ive never ridden a superlight though, so couldnt comment on how a Properly set up pro pedal shock on a single pivot, works in comparison to a linkage based system that doesnt really require propedal at all
