We've got a ride planned in the Chinley/New Mills/Hayfield area tomorrow, just wondered what the snow is like over that way - anyone know?

Lots of snow in Buxton on the peak pootle today, Hayfield is probs similar.

A bit high up above Hayfield, but actually there seems to be far more around Buxton way. I think you'll be fine tbh. Roads are clear now etc.

OK ta. Looking at the route the missus has planned it's relatively low down for the most part (much of it is Marple - New Mills way)

Fair bit of snow on Chinley Churn, bit in New Mills, none in Marple.

Cheers for that nbt. Doesn't sound like I have any excuse now!
(If you see an tired looking old bloke getting his fat a*** burnt off by his OH on the hills 'round there, that'll be me 😉 )
