Waste of money in my experience. Far better to buy some Continental tubes with removable valve core and put 60ml of Stans Notubes sealant in.

I found Dr. Sludge & Slime tube to be very good & throughly recommend them. So good that when they do go down, you need to fix 6 punctures, not just one, which is annoying on the trailside but better than 6 seperate puncture repairs. They alway tend to get very polorized views, either ppl love or hate them, I definitely love them. You should definitely be able to get em cheaper than that though. Long term (years) I find that the presta valve ones do **** up, as the slime accumulates around the valve, but by then I've normally gotten a good life from then.

Good results with Slime here. Dr Sludge just as good but the valves glue up with the stuff quite quickly. Both good against thorns but not so good against flints of broken glass.
