Not my experience. Had 2 lot's off slik for my DH bike. Excellent quality and very durable. They are not amazing at replying to email but the items have been sent in a very reasonable timescale.
Well ordered 2 days ago, email saying that it had been dispatched 10hrs later, arrived today! Can't get better than that.
Quality vinyl to boot.
Just phone them, no point emailing as they dont answer.
I've had two lots from them, both custom and both excellent, just a bit slow!
